Description of Service

PHPCamp.net is a free, online application for sharing links. You understand and agree that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. PHPCamp.net disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Service. PHPCamp.net also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

Personal Use

The Service is made available to you for your personal use only. You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this Service. You must provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information that may be required as part of the registration process and/or continued use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Service password and account, and are responsible for all activities that occur there under.

PHPCamp.net reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

User Conduct

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by PHPCamp.net.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

  8. with the exception of accessing RSS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not:
    1. take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
    2. interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or
    3. bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site; with the intention of artificially inflating or altering the 'count', blog count, comments, or any other PHPCamp.net service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering PHPCamp.net 's services; giving or receiving money or other remuneration in exchange for votes; or participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of PHPCamp.net's services;
  9. to advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent;
  10. attempt to impersonate another user or person;
  11. sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site. PHPCamp.net reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

Content Submitted Or Made Available For Inclusion On The Service

By submitting Content to PHPCamp.net, you warrant that you own all rights to the Content, agree that the Content will be dedicated to the public domain under the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication, available at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/publicdomain/ and that you will not object to the use of the Content by PHPCamp.net in any context. To clarify, the above does not apply to the Content on external sites linked to by the original submission.

Your Intellectual Property Rights

PHPCamp.net does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you upload, transmit or store in your PHPCamp.net account. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with the Service.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by you to PHPCamp.net to participate in the Services is correct and current; and

(b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

Privacy

As a condition to using the Service, you agree to the terms of the PHPCamp.net Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time. PHPCamp.net understands that privacy is important to you. You do, however, agree that PHPCamp.net may monitor, edit or disclose your personal information, including the content of your emails, if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process or governmental request (such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order), or as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use and the PHPCamp.net Privacy Policy. Personal information collected by PHPCamp.net may be stored and processed in the India or any other country in which PHPCamp.net maintain facilities. By using PHPCamp.net, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

Advertisements

As consideration for using the Service, you agree and understand that PHPCamp.net may display ads and other information adjacent to and related to the content of the news articles. PHPCamp.net serves relevant ads using a completely automated process that enables PHPCamp.net to effectively target dynamically changing content.

Termination; Cancellation

You may cancel your use of the Services and/or terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time by providing notice to PHPCamp.net, however a terminated account may continue to exist for up to ten business days before such cancellation takes effect. PHPCamp.net may at any time and for any reason terminate the Services, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system. PHPCamp.net will notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation, which shall be effective immediately upon PHPCamp.net 's delivery of such notice.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify PHPCamp.net, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, PHPCamp.net will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
